Prashant graduated from Delhi University with a Bachelor of Science Degree Honours in Physiotherapy in 1999. For his final year research, he investigated the effectiveness of manual therapy compared to exercise alone in the management of frozen shoulder.
He worked for 12 years in a multi-disciplinary hospital with orthopaedic, neurological and burns patients. He worked for many years in in-home care both in India and Canada. His many years of experience have provided him with significant knowledge and experience dealing with a variety of patients with complex issues including chronic orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical care, stroke, and Parkinson’s Disease.
He has continued to develop his skills and knowledge with training in jaw treatment, and courses in orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation and concussion.
When not in the clinic he enjoys reading and staying active by jogging, hiking and cycling.
