Meghan Sims

After twenty years as a Personal Trainer, Meghan wanted to expand her ability to help people by pursuing a career in massage therapy. While she enjoyed helping clients with their fitness goals, she wanted to take a more therapeutic approach to supporting individuals dealing with pain, injury, and movement restrictions. Her extensive background in exercise and body mechanics continues to inform her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Meghan uses a variety of treatment techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs, including Swedish massage, hydrotherapy, active release therapy, deep and superficial tissue work, therapeutic exercise, and peripheral joint mobilizations. Her treatments are designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and help clients maintain an active and balanced lifestyle.

As a visually impaired practitioner, Meghan brings a unique perspective to her work and is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care. She combines her clinical training, hands-on experience, and passion for helping others to empower clients on their journey toward improved health and well-being.

In her spare time Meghan continues her creative passions in oil painting, mosaics and glass blowing.
