Mary Simpson-Jones


Mary is a Registered Occupational Therapist with 20 years of clinical experience in acute care, rehabilitation, and community settings. She graduated from the University of Toronto and has extensive experience working across the continuum of adult and geriatric care in brain injury, stroke/neurology, and mental health care.

As an Occupational Therapist, Mary helps people get back to doing their everyday activities after an injury, accident or illness.  This includes helping people get back to work or school. Mary is passionate about learning and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in the areas of Mindfulness meditation, cognitive rehabilitation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and group facilitation.  She also uses Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) Therapy for pain and stress management.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family biking, swimming and travelling.
