Gaetanne Aggerholm

BA, BScPTH, CAFCI

“I am so fortunate to lead such a great team!  Our culture, our passion for great care and our collaboration makes this an amazing team!”

Gaetanne is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 27 years of experience. She graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, England in 1998. Prior to her Physiotherapy training, she completed an undergraduate degree in psychology and health studies from Queen’s University in Kingston.  In 2002-2004, she completed several business courses at Wilfrid Laurier University which fueled her passion for leadership.

Prior to launching VOR with her husband, she worked as a manager in several Physiotherapy clinics in Brantford & Kitchener.  Clinically, she has extensive experience, especially with motor vehicle accident patients and has taken many postgraduate courses in orthopaedics, vestibular, TMJ and concussion rehabilitation. In 2000 Gaetanne passed the national Acupuncture Foundation of Canada certification exams.

Since 2020, Gaetanne has moved away from patient facing care and now focuses on her role as Clinic Director and Team Leader.  She leads the VOR team through mentorship, clinic development, and program vision which align with our core values. Her open-door approach to both team members and patients allows her to stay connected to her community.

In September 2025, Gaetanne decided to take on a new challenge and give back to the community by teaching future medical professionals.  She is now a part-time professor of Anatomy & Physiology in the massage therapy program at Conestoga College.
